Ingredients

  • Tomatoes-2 or 3 cut into cubes
  • Corn -2 cups
  • Ginger paste -1/2 spoon
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
  • Onion -1 (yellow/white) sliced length wise
  • Ricotta cheese -1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Salt -1 spoon
  • Sugar 1/4 spoon
  • Oil - 2 tbspn
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing (finely chopped)
  • Chopped almonds (optional)
Methods
  1. Take oil in a pan heat for a few seconds.
  2. Add onion fry it for a minute. Add ginger & garlic paste fry it for a minute
  3. & now add tomatoes
  4. and fry for 10 mins on low flame. Meanwhile cook corn in a microwave and
  5. keep it aside.
  6. Now add chilli powder, salt & sugar cook for minute and grind them.
  7. Pour the grinded masala in the same pan, add cooked corn, ricotta cheese
  8. cook for few minutes.
  9. If needed rinse the mixi & add some water and cook well. Garnish with
  10. coriander & optional almond slices. Serve it with Rice/Roti.
