  • Rice flour-2 cups
  • Roasted gram flour- !/2 cup
  • Plain gram flour –1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder-1 ½
  • Butter- 2 tbsp
  • Oil- For deep frying
  1. Mix rice flour ,roasted gram flour, plain gram flour together and mix well.
  2. Add chilli powder,salt, butter to the flour & add water and make it into a thick dough.
  3. Divide the flour into two to three equal parts.
  4. Using the muruku maker stuff enough dough and squeeze murukus directly in hot oil.
  5. Deep fyr till golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oil put it in a strainer to drain excess oil out.
  7. Cool the muruku to room temperature and store it air tight box.
  8. It is perfect holiday and diwali snack..
