| Ingredients |
- Rice flour-2 cups
- Roasted gram flour- !/2 cup
- Plain gram flour –1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder-1 ½
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Oil- For deep frying

| Methods |
- Mix rice flour ,roasted gram flour, plain gram flour together and mix well.
- Add chilli powder,salt, butter to the flour & add water and make it into a thick dough.
- Divide the flour into two to three equal parts.
- Using the muruku maker stuff enough dough and squeeze murukus directly in hot oil.
- Deep fyr till golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil put it in a strainer to drain excess oil out.
- Cool the muruku to room temperature and store it air tight box.
- It is perfect holiday and diwali snack..
