Ingredients
  • Shrimp –1 pound
  • Worcestershire Sauce –1tsp
  • Soysauce—1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin Powder
  • Green Chilli
  • Crushed Red Chilli
  • Chilli Powder
  • Tumeric Powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
Methods
  1. Wash and clean the shrimp with cold water and pat it dry.
  2. Marinate all the above item in a mixing bowl with shrimp for about 1 hour.
  3. Soak the skewer in water for a while and put the shrimp in a skewer with some onions bell peppers of your choice.
  4. On the other side make the grill ready, place the skewers on the grill with a splash of olive oil.
  5. Grill the shrimp till tender and pink on both sides.Garnish with chopped green onions and lime quarters.
  6. Serve it with some chilli sauce or cream sauce .
