| Ingredients |
- Channa dhal -1 cup
- Toor dhal -3 tbsp
- Mint leaves- 1cup(pudina)
- Onion -1 small size
- Green chilli-4
- Ginger-1/4 tsp
- Jeera -1tsp
- Fennel- 1tsp
- Asafoetida –1pinch
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Soak channa & toor dhal for about 30 minutes and rind coarsely.
- Add finely chopped onion,green chilli,mint leaves(pudina) and rest of the spice jeera,fennel,asafetida & salt to taste.
- Mix well in a bowl and make it into a ball and pat it flat.
- Heat kadai of oil and deep fry golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney and sauce of your choice.
