  • Chicken-2 Pound
  • Green Chillies-6
  • Ginger-1 inch
  • Garlic-5
  • Pepper-1 tbsp
  • Green bell Pepper
  • Onion-1 medium
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Bayleaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  1. Heat oil in the pan ,add cinnamon,cloves & bay leaves crushed.
  2. Saute the Onions in oil.
  3. Make paste of green chilli ,garlic and ginger.
  4. Add the paste to the kadai with the onions and fry well till raw smell goes off.
  5. Add chicken and fry well in masala and chicken get cooked tender ,add little water and pepper ,mix well.
  6. Now add green bell pepper and fry well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice ,raite..etc
