| Ingredients |
- Palal Paneer
- Palak- 4 bunch
- Paneer-16 ounce
- Oil-2tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp
- Dhania Powder-1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Grind to Paste
- Onion-1
- Ginger-1 inch
- Tomatoes-4
- Coriander Leaves-1/2 bunch
- Curry Leaves-few
- Coconut-2 Tbsp
- Poppy Seeds-1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds- ½ tsp
- Cardamon-3
- Cloves-3
- Cinnamon—1 inch

| Methods |
- Cut palak finely.
- Heat oil in kadai ,Fry the palak for a minutes,add ,little water and cook till soft.
- Grind the ginger ,onion,tomatoes …etc into paste.Add little water in needed to grind the masala paste.
- Heat oil ina pan,shallow fry the ground masala and chilli powder ,dhania powder & turmeric powderin medium flame,till the raw smell is off.
- Add little water and fried paneer a cubes.
- Cover and keep in a low flame for about 5 minutes,stir in between.
- Squeeze some lemon on top,if needed.
- Serve hot with Roti ,Rice…..etc.
