Ingredients
  • Palal Paneer
  • Palak- 4 bunch
  • Paneer-16 ounce
  • Oil-2tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp
  • Dhania Powder-1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Grind to Paste
  • Onion-1
  • Ginger-1 inch
  • Tomatoes-4
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2 bunch
  • Curry Leaves-few
  • Coconut-2 Tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds-1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds- ½ tsp
  • Cardamon-3
  • Cloves-3
  • Cinnamon—1 inch
Methods
  1. Cut palak finely.
  2. Heat oil in kadai ,Fry the palak for a minutes,add ,little water and cook till soft.
  3. Grind the ginger ,onion,tomatoes …etc into paste.Add little water in needed to grind the masala paste.
  4. Heat oil ina pan,shallow fry the ground masala and chilli powder ,dhania powder & turmeric powderin medium flame,till the raw smell is off.
  5. Add little water and fried paneer a cubes.
  6. Cover and keep in a low flame for about 5 minutes,stir in between.
  7. Squeeze some lemon on top,if needed.
  8. Serve hot with Roti ,Rice…..etc.
