  • Ground turkey-3 cups
  • Red onions-1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic paste –1 tbsp
  • Red pepper flakes-1/4 tsp
  • Mint leaves-1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves-1/ 4cup
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Jeera powder-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Tomato paste-1 tsp
  • Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • Soysauce –1 tsp
  • Peanut oil-2tsp(or Olive oil)
  • Bread Crumbs-4 cup
  • Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  1. In a mixing bowl add ground turkry,red onions,ginger garlic paste,red pepper flakes,black pepper, mint leaves,coriander leaves,chilli powder,garam masala,jeera powder,black pepper,tomato paste,lemon juice,soysauce,oil,egg,just add ¼ cup of bread crumbs and salt ,mash it and mix it well.
  2. Let it stand for about 15 to 20 minutes .
  3. Then make it into a small golf size ball,roll it over the bread crumbs,make sure it coats a thin layer around the ball.
  4. It comes around 10 to 12 balls.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown,reduce the flame to medium while frying so it cooks all the way through.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onions.
  7. Serve hot with rice ,curry…etc & Good snack too.
