Ingredients
  • Chicken -1 pound
  • Chilli Powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste-2tsp
  • Soysauce-1tsp
  • Lime juice-2tbsp
  • Egg-1
  • Cornstarch-2tbsp
  • All purpose flour-1tsp
  • Aji-no-moto salt-1pinch(optional)
  • Saffron for color
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Methods
  1. Wash the chicken and cut them into medium size pieces.
  2. Mix chilli powder,turmric powder,ginger garic paste,soysauce,lime juice,egg,cornstarch,flour,salt
  3. to the chicken and marinate it for 5 to 10 hrs in refridgerate.
  4. And deep fry in hot oil.Remove the chicken when fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with Biryani,curry..etc.
