Heat the kadai with little oil and saute chopped onions,garlic,tomato paste,sweet pea and soyabean chunks, chopped fine by soaking them in hot water to soften for about 5 to 8 mts.
Add soyasauce,chilli powder,lime juice,cilantor leaves and salt to taste.Mix them well in low flame and let it cool down.
In the mean while wash the bell peppers, cut the top in a circle and clear the seeds off.
And stuff the prepared mixture in the peppers and close it back with cut top &,steam the stuffed peppers in a steamer or pressure pan for 8-10 minutes.
