| Ingredients |
- Beetroot-3cup(finely grated)
- Onion-1 small(finely chopped)
- Green chilli-4(finely chopped)
- Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
- Gram flour-1/4 cup
- Rice flour- 2tbsp
- Jeera-1/4 tsp
- Salt

| Methods |
- Grate beetroot in a carrot or cheese grater to very fine pieces.
- Add finely cut onions,green chilies,gram flour,rice flour,chilli powder,jeera and salt to taste.
- Mix everything in a bowl,make it into a small patty and deep fry in oil just like vada.
- Serve in lunch menu or snack.
