Ingredients
  • Beetroot-3cup(finely grated)
  • Onion-1 small(finely chopped)
  • Green chilli-4(finely chopped)
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour-1/4 cup
  • Rice flour- 2tbsp
  • Jeera-1/4 tsp
  • Salt
Methods
  1. Grate beetroot in a carrot or cheese grater to very fine pieces.
  2. Add finely cut onions,green chilies,gram flour,rice flour,chilli powder,jeera and salt to taste.
  3. Mix everything in a bowl,make it into a small patty and deep fry in oil just like vada.
  4. Serve in lunch menu or snack.
