Ingredients
  • Spinach-3bunch
  • Onion-1small(chopped)
  • Tomates-3
  • Garlic-5(finely chopped)
  • Dhania powder
  • Chillipowder
  • Garam masala
  • Ghee
  • Oil
  • Toor dhal-1cup(cooked)
  • Paneer from 1 litre of milk
  • or paneer(frozen fried ready to eat)
  • Fresh cream-2tbsp
Methods
  1. Heat the kadai with oil and season it with mustard,urad dhal,cumin,red pepper flakes.
  2. Saute finely cut onions and garlic till transparent.
  3. Add diced tomatoes,washed and cut spinach, dhania powder,chilli powder,garam masala and one teaspoon of ghee.Saute till the masala and spinach is cooked.
  4. Add the cooked dhal,mix them well.
  5. Finally add the paneer and fresh cream for about 5 minutes.Serve hot with chapati,roti...
