Ingredients
  • Channa dhal-2cup
  • Green chilli-4(finely chopped)
  • Onion-1 medium(finely chopped)
  • Jeera -1tsp
  • Asafoetida-4 pinch
  • Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
Methods
  1. Soak channa dhal for 30 minutes and grind to coarsely.
  2. Add green chilli,jeera,onion,coriander leaves,asafoetida salt.
  3. Make a flat round of the mixture and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
