| Ingredients |
- Idli rice -4cups
- Urad dhal-1cup
- Fenugreek-1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water

| Methods |
- Soak rice,fenugreek and urad dhal for about 6 to 8 hrs.
- Grind to a smooth runny paste with salt.
- Let it ferment overnight or 10 hrs in a warm place.
- Make idli or dosa ,serve with chutney and sambar.
