Ingredients
  • Idli rice -4cups
  • Urad dhal-1cup
  • Fenugreek-1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
Methods
  1. Soak rice,fenugreek and urad dhal for about 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Grind to a smooth runny paste with salt.
  3. Let it ferment overnight or 10 hrs in a warm place.
  4. Make idli or dosa ,serve with chutney and sambar.
