| Ingredients |
- Raw rice flour-4cups
- Roasted gram flour-1 cup
- Water-4cups
- Butter-2tbsp
- Cumin-1tsp
- Asafoetida-2 pinch
- Salt-1tbsp
- Oil for frying

| Methods |
- Heat water in a heavy bottom pan with salt.
- When water comes to boil,add rice flour mix quick as you can and remove from stove.
- Add the roasted gram flour,butter ,cumin,asafoetida and mix well into soft dough.Sprinkle water if necessary.
- In murukku maker,prepare small murukku on a oil applied mini plates and drop them in oil, deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
- Drain all the excess oil from murukku,cool it down and keep in air tight container.
