| Ingredients |
- Urad dhal-2cups
- Pepper-1/4 cup
- Jeera-1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida-4 pinch
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Soak urad dhal and grind it into a thick paste.
- Add crushed pepper,jeera,asafoetida salt.
- Make a small flat round and finger hole in the middle,deep fry it in hot oil.
- Serve hot with chutney.
