  • Rice-2cups(uncooked)
  • Cumin-1tsp
  • Bayleaves-1 or 2
  • Cinnamon-1 stick
  • Onion-1/2 cup(finely chopped
  • Garlic-3(finely chopped)
  • Sweet peas-2cups
  • Dhania powder-1tsp
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
  • oil & ghee-2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook rice with right amount of water.(1cup rice=1 1/2 cup water)
  2. Cool down the rice and heat the pan with oil and ghee season it with cumin,bayleaves,cinnamon,onion,garlic,
  3. sweet peas,dhania powder,garam masala and salt.
  4. Finally add rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve pulao with spicy curry & raita
