Ingredients
  • Maida Flour-4 cup
  • Baking powder- ½ tsp
  • Egg-2
  • Milk- ¼ cup
  • Ghee-3 tbsp
  • Sugar-2 tsp
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 4 tbsp
Methods
  1. In big mixing bowl combine maida , baking powder , sugar , salt and make a small well in the middle of the flour .
  2. Break the eggs and add enough water to make it like a chapati dough.
  3. Knead the dough for 15 to 20 minutes and add some ghee while working with dough.
  4. Cover with a plastic wrap and let the dough rest for atleast for 3 hrs or more.
  5. Then divide the flour into equal parts , take one part of dough and flatten the dough on the back of the big size dinner plate it , then roll the dough from one end like a snake ,curl the snake like dough and then roll it with a rolling pin.
  6. Heat the tawa with little ghee and cook the rolled parota both side till golden brown ,continue the same with the rest of the dough.
  7. Serve hot with veg curry or mutton or chicken korma and raita.
