Ingredients
Onion –1 cup
Vege stock cube or vege broth(4cup)
Garlic Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Pepper-1tsp
Crushed red pepper-1tsp
Tomatoes-4 medium
Carrot –1cup
Celery-1/2 cup
Zucchini-1/4
Green peas-
Green beans
Potaoes
Oil –2tlsp
Jeera-1tsp
Salte to taste
Methods
In a hot kadai pour some oil, season it wih jeera & crushed pepper and sauté onion,ginger garlic paste ,tomatoes,carrot,celery,zucchini,green peas,green bean,potatoes.
When it is half cooked, add the vege broth or cubes & water
Boil until the vege are completely cooked.
Add salt to taste.
Optional ,puree the soup in blender when warm.
Serve hot with cracker.
