| Ingredients |
- Almond 1cup
- Green chilli 3 Nos
- Garlic 3 Flakes
- Ginger 1 tsp (grated)
- Cilantro 1/2 cup
- Tamarind Blueberry size
- Salt To taste

| Methods |
- Blanch the Almonds and peel the skin.
- Now put all the ingredients into a mixie jar and grind to a fine paste as done for other chutneys.
- Add salt to taste
- Serve with Rice or Chapatthi also goes well with Idli &Dosa
