Ingredients
  • Almond 1cup
  • Green chilli 3 Nos
  • Garlic 3 Flakes
  • Ginger 1 tsp (grated)
  • Cilantro 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind Blueberry size
  • Salt To taste
Methods
  1. Blanch the Almonds and peel the skin.
  2. Now put all the ingredients into a mixie jar and grind to a fine paste as done for other chutneys.
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Serve with Rice or Chapatthi also goes well with Idli &Dosa
