Ingredients
  • Soybean granules 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes two medium
  • Greenpeas 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour (besan) 4 tbsps
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsps
Methods
  1. Boil the greenpeas in one cup water and a little salt and keep aside
  2. Mash potatoes
  3. Boil milk and 1 cup water
  4. Remove from flame and soak soybean granules in it for 15 minutes
  5. Squeeze out well and mix well with all the other ingredients
  6. Add enough water so that you can make balls
  7. Make 1" diameter patties and deep fry
