| Ingredients |
- Potatoes 250 grams peeled and cut into small cubes
- Cauliflower finely chopped half cup
- Greenpeas 125 grams
- Green chillies 6
- Garlic 6 to 7
- Coriander leaves a handful
- Turmeric powder half tsp
- Black pepper powder one tsp
- Onions finely chopped two medium sized
- Salt one tsp for filling
- Salt half tsp for dough
- Maida two cups
- Rice flour half cup
- Cooking oil two tbsps
- Onion seeds quarter tsp
- Oil for deep frying

| Methods |
- Grind chillies, garlic and coriander leaves into a paste and keep aside
- In one tsp oil saute chopped onions till golden brown in color
- Add chilli/garlic paste and stir for a minute
- Add turmeric poweder and stir for a minute
- Add the chopped vegetables and peas, add salt and cook till done
- Add pepper poweder and stir well.
- Keep aside till it is room temperature.
- Mix two tbsps oil, half tsp sald, maida, rice flower, onion seeds and sufficient water to make a stiff dough.
- Wrap in a moist muslin cloth and keep till filling cools
- Divide into portions and roll each portion into puri-sized circles.
- Place a tbspn of the filling on it and fold one side over the other
- Seal the edges with a little water
- Cut the edges into a semi circle with a karanji cutter.
- Deep fry till golden brown
