| Ingredients |
- Paneer-100g
- cashewnut-6 or 7 pieces
- Ginger Garlic paste-1 1/2 spoon
- Curry leaves - few
- Fennel seeds - few
- Cinnamon - few
- Green chillies - 4
- Tomato - 1
- onion - 1
- salt(to taste)
- oil or ghee
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon

| Methods |
- Heat the oil or ghee in pan.
- Add all the spices fry for few seconds.
- Then add onion and fry well.
- Add tomato and fry well.
- Then add Grind masala paste(cahewnut,Ginger Garlic paste&spices)fry well.
- Add Curry leaves to the masala&fry for few seconds.
- Add turmeric powder and add salt to taste.
- serve with Naan.
