Ingredients
  • Paneer-100g
  • cashewnut-6 or 7 pieces
  • Ginger Garlic paste-1 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Fennel seeds - few
  • Cinnamon - few
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Tomato - 1
  • onion - 1
  • salt(to taste)
  • oil or ghee
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Methods
  1. Heat the oil or ghee in pan.
  2. Add all the spices fry for few seconds.
  3. Then add onion and fry well.
  4. Add tomato and fry well.
  5. Then add Grind masala paste(cahewnut,Ginger Garlic paste&spices)fry well.
  6. Add Curry leaves to the masala&fry for few seconds.
  7. Add turmeric powder and add salt to taste.
  8. serve with Naan.
