Ingredients
  • Brussels sprouts (finely chopped)- 1 cup
  • onions (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • curry leaves (optional)
  • Dhania powder(coriander powder) - 1 sp
  • Chilli powder or pepper powder - 1/2 sp
  • cumin seeds powder - 1 sp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil
Methods
  1. Heat the oil in the kadai and add curry leaves and onions into it.
  2. Fry well and add Brussels sprouts in it.
  3. Fry Brussels sprouts for 2 mins and add dhania powder,cumin powder,salt&chilli powder.
  4. Fry well and finally add little amount water into it.
  5. Wait till the water gets evaporated.
  6. Brussels sprouts cooks fast as any other vegetables.
  7. serve with rice or chapathi.
  8. Brussels sprouts is healthier.It contains large amount of vitamin K&C.
