Cook peas and potato by frying separately till soft and set it aside.
In the mean while soak basmati rice for about 15 mts before cooking.
Heat a heavy bottom kadai with ghee ,fry the chopped onions till crisp and set it aside.
In the same kadai add some more ghee season it with cinnamon,Biryani leaves,Black cardamon, and jeera.
Then strain the water out of the basmati rice and add to the kadai with the seasoning ,if required add some more ghee and fry for about 5 mts till good aroma comes out.
Add panner,peas, potatoes ,Green chilli ,fried onions,Coriander powder,jeera powder & salt and enough water to cook the rice ,wait for the water to boil and simmer with a tight lid closed in low flame for 20 mts still the rice is soft.
Remove from heat garnish it with coriander leaves and ghee roasted cashews.
