Ingredients
  • Corainder 2 cups(cleaned %chopped)
  • Tomato `1 Nos (large & firm)
  • Garlic 6 flakes
  • Green Chilly 4nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
Methods
  1. --Heat oil ina Kadai and put in the tomato cut into 2 pieces and saute well,toss in the corainder,greenchilly garlic and swirl for a minute, remove from fire and let it cool.
  2. --Remove the skin of the Tomato and put all the ingredients in a mixie and grind to a fine paste.
  3. --Add salt to taste and the lime juice .
