Ingredients
  • Chicken 1Kg (cut into medium pieces)
  • Pepper Corns 2 tbsp (coarsely ground)Onion 1 cup (finely chopped )
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1/2cup
  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig
  • Green Chillies 4 Nos slit
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro 1/2 cup (chopped)
Methods
  1. ..Wash the Chicken and marinate with ginger garlic paste and the ground pepper keep aside for 30 mins.
  2. ..Heat oil in a Kadai saute the onions till brown add the Curry leaves and the slit green Chillies and toss on high flame , now add the marinated Chicken and toss it well .
  3. ..Add the Tomato puree and salt and cook on medium heat till a bit dry
  4. .. When almost dry and Chicken is cooked add the lime juice and sprinkle the Garam masala.
  5. ..Remove serve in a dish garnished with the chopped cilantro .
  6. ..Goes well with Rice and Roi varieties.
