Ingredients
  • 5 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tsps vinegar or one lime juice
Methods
  1. In a sauce pan bring milk to a boil in a medium heat
  2. When boiling, add the vinegar and wait
  3. for the milk to curdle completely.
  4. Remove from fire and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour it onto a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it tight with a knot.
  6. When all the water has drained from the paneer,rest the panner in flat surface and put some weight on the top for extra firmness.
  7. After 3 to 4 hrs shape it into a large rectangular block,transfer it into another piece
  8. of paper/cloth, wrap it properly and refrigerate it overnight.
  9. Cut into cubes and deep fry in hot oil.
  10. Drain and store in the freezer.
