| Ingredients |
- 5 cups of whole milk
- 2 tsps vinegar or one lime juice

| Methods |
- In a sauce pan bring milk to a boil in a medium heat
- When boiling, add the vinegar and wait
- for the milk to curdle completely.
- Remove from fire and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Pour it onto a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it tight with a knot.
- When all the water has drained from the paneer,rest the panner in flat surface and put some weight on the top for extra firmness.
- After 3 to 4 hrs shape it into a large rectangular block,transfer it into another piece
- of paper/cloth, wrap it properly and refrigerate it overnight.
- Cut into cubes and deep fry in hot oil.
- Drain and store in the freezer.
