| Ingredients |
- Wheat flour-4cups
- Chopped Spinach-1 1/2 cup
- Jeera-1 tsp
- Oil-3 tbsp
- Water
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Mix flour,Chopped Spinach(cook Spinach in hot water for 4 mts,and strain all the water out),jeera,salt and water.Make it into a dough.
- Rest the dough for while.
- Make small lemon sized balls and Roll it into a flat round.
- Heat the tawa and cook them on both sides.
- serve hot with spicy curry.
