Ingredients
  • 2 baked potato
  • 2 cups of flour or as needed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (washed and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Methods
  1. Peel the potato and mash it well to remove lumps.
  2. Add cilantro, cumin, salt and lime juice. Add flour gradually to this potato mix to form a dough. (This dough consistency should be similar to play dough).
  3. Preheat the griddle on medium heat.
  4. Take walnut size dough, dip it in dry flour and roll it to 5 inch circles. Slip this on to a griddle. Cook it on medium heat till brown specks appear on either side. Before removing brush it with oil on both sides.
