Ingredients
  • Raw mango-4 medium(grated)
  • Chilli powder-4tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • Curry leaves-10
  • Fenugreek-1tsp(ground)
  • Jaggery-2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil-4 ounces
Methods
  1. Heat the kadai with oil,season it with oil,oil,mustard,fenugreek and curry leaves.
  2. Add the grated raw mango,chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Cook till soft,then add jaggery and salt.
  4. Simmer till oil comes out on side.
  5. Store in air tight container and refrigerate.
  6. Serve with rice,roti...etc
