| Ingredients |
- Sweet corn –2 cups (cooked)
- Vegetable stock-3 cups
- Green onions –1tbsp
- Garlic-2(chopped)
- White onions-1/4 cup
- Red pepper flakes- 1pinch
- Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Grind the cooked sweet corn till soft and grind it into smooth paste.
- Heat the sauce pan with very little oil, add red pepper flakes, finely chopped garlic,green onions and white onions,sauté till transparent.
- Add the ground paste with veggie stock and simmer the liquid for about 5 to 8 mts.
- Drop in some few whole corn & black pepper powder and remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Serve hot with chips, pakora ..etc
