| Ingredients |
- For the dough: (wrap)
- All purpose flour-2 cups
- Rice flour-3/4cup
- Baking soda-1/4 tsp
- Baking powder-1/4 tsp
- Butter–4 tbsp
- Water to knead the dough
- Salt to taste
- Filling :
- Potatoes-2 cups(diced cubes)
- Peas-1/2 cup
- Onion –1 medium(chopped)
- Garlic-2 (finely chopped)
- Tumeric powder –1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder-1 tsp
- Amchur powder-1/4 tsp
- Chat powder- 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Heat the kadai hot to making the filling.
- Saute onions,garlic,chilli powder,tumeric powder,amchur powder,chat powder,boiled potatoes,peas & salt and cool down the mixture before filling.
- In bowl combine flour,baking soda,baking powder,butter ,salt and add water to make dough constancy.
- Rest the dough for about 30 minutes before rolling it in to a chapatti ,cut the round into a two semi circle.
- Then roll the semi circle into a cone shape and fill cone with the filling ,seal the edges. finally making all the cones.
- Deep fry it hot oil.
- Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
