| Ingredients |
- Tofu - (extra firm)- 1box- 10oz
- onions - 1/4 cup
- spinach- 1/4 cup
- Garlic- 2 cloves (finely chopped)
- Green Onions-1tbsp (finely chopped)
- Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
- Garam Masala - 1tsp
- Green Chilli -4 (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Oil or butter

| Methods |
- Wash the whole bar of tofu under cold running water .
- Pat it dry and mash well into small pieces & drain excess water.
- On the other hand,saute spinach and cook well with little splash of water& set it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil saute onions ,green onions ,garlic ,green chillies &
- garam masala ,add the mixture to the mashed tofu and add salt if necessary.
- Finally add in the bread crumbs,spinach and mix well.
- Heat a tawa or skillet with 4 tbsp of oil or butter,make a lemon sign ball and pat flat & make a patty.
- When the skillet is ready,lay 3 to 4 tofu patty depending upon the size of the skillet.
- In medium flame make both sides of the tofu cutlets golden brown and remove from hest drain excess oil.
- Serve tofu cutlets with coriandar chutney or sweet & sour sauce of your choice.
