Soak the raw rice , idle rice and urad dhal for 3 to 4 hrs and grind it in to a dosa atta consistency.
And leave batter covered in the room temperature for about 8 to 10 hrs to ferment .
After 8 to 10 hrs the batter is ready to make kuzhi paniyaram , add the baking soda and mix well.
On the other side heat a pan with little oil season it with mustard, jeera ,curry leaves, asaofoetida ,green chilli ,ginger, coriander leaves and grated coconut.
And add this coconut to the kuzhi paniyaram batter and mix well .
In the kuzhi paniyaram griddle heat with little oil and slowly pour the batter into the each portion .
After 2 minutes slowly try to turn the kuzhi paniyaram when golden brown.
Remove the kuzhi paniyaram when both sides are brown and well cooked inside in medium flame .
Serve kuzhi paniyram hot with tomato chutney, coconut chutney etc.
Serve kuzhi paniyaram as morning breakfast or evening tiffin .
