| Ingredients |
- Vegetable Rawa Idli (Sooji Rawa Idli)
- Sooji rawa- 2cups
- Plain yogurts(curds)- 1 cup
- Baking soda- 3 pinches
- Sweet peas- 2 tbsp
- Green bean- 2 tbsp ( finely cut )
- Carrot- 2 tbsp ( grated)
- Coriander leaves – 2tsp (chopped)
- Vegetable oil (Olive oil)
- Salt to taste
- Water if needed
- Red Chillies-4
- Cuirry Leaves-8
- Mustard- 1tsp
- Jeera- ¼ tsp
- Asafetida -2 pinch

| Methods |
- In a preheated pan ,dry roast the rawa till slightly golden brown.
- Add yogurt, sweet peas, green beans,carrot,coriander leaves ,baking soda,salt and water if needed to rawa.
- Mix well in a mixing bowl to batter consistency, season it with mustard,jeera ,curry leaves, asafetida and set it aside for about 2 hrs.
- Apply oil on the idli plate and pour the batter on it, steam in the pressure cooker for 8 to 10 minutes .
- Serve hot with coconut chutney,tomato chutney, sambar etc, great for quick dinner.
