| Ingredients |

- Tomatoes-2 or 3 cut into cubes
- Corn -2 cups
- Ginger paste -1/2 spoon
- Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
- Onion -1 (yellow/white) sliced length wise
- Ricotta cheese -1/2 cup
- Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
- Salt -1 spoon
- Sugar 1/4 spoon
- Oil - 2 tbspn
- Coriander leaves for garnishing (finely chopped)
- Chopped almonds (optional)

| Methods |
- Take oil in a pan heat for a few seconds.
- Add onion fry it for a minute. Add ginger & garlic paste fry it for a minute
- & now add tomatoes
- and fry for 10 mins on low flame. Meanwhile cook corn in a microwave and
- keep it aside.
- Now add chilli powder, salt & sugar cook for minute and grind them.
- Pour the grinded masala in the same pan, add cooked corn, ricotta cheese
- cook for few minutes.
- If needed rinse the mixi & add some water and cook well. Garnish with
- coriander & optional almond slices. Serve it with Rice/Roti.
