Ingredients
  • Tomato-8
  • Onions-1 big
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli-5
  • Tomato paste-1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder-1 tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves- 1 cup
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Grind to Paste
  • Almond-5
  • Coconut-2cups
  • Coconut Milk-1/4 cup
  • Poppy Seeds-1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • For Seasonning
  • Cinnamon-1 stick
  • Fennel-1tsp
  • cardamon-2
  • cloves-2
Methods
  1. Heat the Kadai with oil and season it with cinnamon,fennel,cardamon and cloves.
  2. Saute the chopped onion till transparent and add ginger garlic paste .
  3. Add the cut tomatoes till soft and add chilli powder, green chilli,garam masala and turmeric powder.Add enough water to cook the masala for 5 minutes.Finally,add the Ground coconut mixtureto
  4. to the kadai let it simmer in low flame and add salt to taste.Remove from heat after 8 minutes.
  5. Garnish it with corinader leaves.Serve it with parathas,rice..etc.
