| Ingredients |
- Rajma-1cup
- Red Chilli Powder-1 1/2tsp
- Dhania Powder- 3 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Jeera Powder-few pinch
- Tomatoes-5 to 6
- Tomato Paste- 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Water
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
- Grind to Paste:
- Red onion-1 Medium
- Ginger-1 inch (thin piece)
- Garlic-6 pods

| Methods |
- Soak Rajma 10 hrs before cooking.
- Cook for about 20 Minutes in pressure cooker with required water.
- Do not throw the water after boiling,use it for the gravy.
- Heat the pan with little oil and add the onion paste & ginger garlic paste.
- Fry till the oil come at the sides.
- Then add the chilli powder,dhania powder,turmeric powder and fry till the raw smell is off.
- Add the finely cut tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Reduce the flame till tomatoes are cooked.
- Add cooked rajma,salt & add enough water and cook for a another 10 mts.
- Sprinkle some Jeera powder and coriander leaves on it and remove from heat.
- Serve hot with chapatti,roti ,rice ..etc
