Tomatoes-3 medium(use tomato puree for better taste)

Methods
Soak chick peas for about 4hours and pressure cook till soft or cook with ready to use from the chickpea tin from store.
Heat the kadai with oil and season it with cinnamon,cardamon & cloves.
Saute finely chopped onions till soft and brown,then add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell off.
Add finely chopped tomatoes,saute till soft and add chilli powder,dhania powder,turmeric powder,channa masala, amshur powder and enough water to the masala.
Add the cooked chickpea,salt to taste and simmer it in low flame for about 5 to 8 minutes.Garnish it with coriander leaves.
