| Ingredients |
- Coriander Seeds-3tbsp
- Cumin seeds-1tbsp
- Black pepper-1tsp
- Tamarind ball-lemon size
- Tumeric powder-1/2tsp
- Tomato-2
- Garlic-4
- Corinader leaves-1 cups
- Salt to taste
- water
- For seasonning
- Mustard-1tsp
- Asafoeida-2 pinch
- curry leaves-8

| Methods |
- Extract the tamarind with 3 cups of water and mash the tomatoes into it.
- Grind coriander seeds,peppercorn,black pepper and mix into the tamarind liquid mixture.
- Add salt to the mixture.
- Heat the kadai season it with mustard,asafoetida & curry leaves.
- Pour the tamarind,tomato mixture into the hot kadai and simmer in very low flame till it foams up.
- Serve hot with rice ,dhal..etc
