In a mixing bowl,mix kheema,onion,ginger garlic paste,tomato paste,garam masala,chilli powder,ground pepper,ground cumin,fennel,turmeric powder,soysauce,worcestershire sauce,egg,salt and 1/4 of bread crumbs.
Make it into a small lemon sized ball and roll it on the bread crumbs,deep fry in hot oil.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and onion.
