Heat the kadai with oil season it with cinnamon,cardamon,fennel and cloves.
Saute onions till transparent then add ginger garlic paste,saute tomatoes till soft,add chillipowder,dhania powder,garam masala,turmeric powder and all the vegetable.(add salt)
Cook till the vegetables are soft.
Finally,add the ground coconut mixture ad simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.Garnish coriander over the curry.
