| Ingredients |
- Brussels sprouts (finely chopped)- 1 cup
- onions (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- curry leaves (optional)
- Dhania powder(coriander powder) - 1 sp
- Chilli powder or pepper powder - 1/2 sp
- cumin seeds powder - 1 sp
- salt - to taste
- oil

| Methods |
- Heat the oil in the kadai and add curry leaves and onions into it.
- Fry well and add Brussels sprouts in it.
- Fry Brussels sprouts for 2 mins and add dhania powder,cumin powder,salt&chilli powder.
- Fry well and finally add little amount water into it.
- Wait till the water gets evaporated.
- Brussels sprouts cooks fast as any other vegetables.
- serve with rice or chapathi.
- Brussels sprouts is healthier.It contains large amount of vitamin K&C.
