| Ingredients |
- Boneless chicken 250 gms finely chopped
- Salted butter - 4 tbsps
- Readymade vegetable broth powder 1/2 packet (can use veg stock and maida)
- Spring onions 2 finely chopped
- Garlic 3-4 crushed
- Potatoes 4 boiled and mashed
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup

| Methods |
- In a kadai melt 2 tbsps butter
- Add garlic and onions and saute till slightly brown
- Add chicken, salt, pepper and cover and cook till done
- In a bowl mix vegetable broth powder with 1/2 cup water and mix well
- Add this to the cooked chicken and boil for a couple of minutes till thick
- In another bowl take a pinch of salt, 2 tbsps butter, potato mash, Worcestershire sauce and mix well
- In an oven proof cooking bowl, first place the chicken mixture
- Cover with a thick layer of the potato mixture
- Sprinkle the top with a thick layer of grated cheese
- Bake at 200 degrees C for 10 mins
- Grill for 5 mins till cheese turns golden brown
- Serve with toasted garlic bread
