| Ingredients |
- Milk 4 cups
- Cocoa half cup
- Sugar 4 cups
- Maida half cup
- Ghee or unsalted butter half cup
- Crushed cashewnuts one tbspn
- Vanilla essence one tsp

| Methods |
- In a kadai mix all ingredients execpt vanilla essence and cook, stirring all the time
- When the mixture starts to thicken add vanilla essence and cook for a while, stirring vigorously
- When it thickens enough to form a ball and is not sticky anymore, remove from fire
- Stir a little more and remove onto a rectangular tray
- Allow to cool for a while
- When still slightly warm, cut into cubes of required size
- Cool completely
- Can be stored for a week under refrigeration
