| Ingredients |
- plain noodles-1 packet
- Boneless Chicken-1/4 Kg
- Ginger paste-1 spoon
- Red Chillies-2(grind to small pieces)
- Onion-1(Cut as Big Square)
- Green Bell pepper(capsicum)-1
- Spring Onions
- Soy sauce-1/2 spoon
- Chilli sauce-1 spoon
- Tomato sauce-1 1/2 spoon
- Corn flour-2 1/2 spoon(mix it with water)
- Food color(red)
- pepper (for taste)
- salt (for taste)
- Chilli powder (for taste).

| Methods |
- For Crispy Noodles:
- Boil the Noodles for 5 minutes,stain
- Fry in oil till slight brown in color
- For Gravy:
- Boneless Chicken cut into small pieces and boil
- Heat oil in kadai
- Add ginger paste and Red chillies fry well
- Add onion,capsicum,spring onions &fry well
- Add Soy sauce,Chilli sauce,tomato sauce&fry for sometime.
- Add 2 1/2 spoons of Corn flour mixed with water.
- Add salt for taste and food color.
- Stir it well till the gravy thickens.
- Finally add chicken or Shrimp &add pepper and chilli powder as to taste.
