Ingredients
  • Onion –1 cup
  • Vege stock cube or vege broth(4cup)
  • Garlic Ginger paste- 1 tsp
  • Pepper-1tsp
  • Crushed red pepper-1tsp
  • Tomatoes-4 medium
  • Carrot –1cup
  • Celery-1/2 cup
  • Zucchini-1/4
  • Green peas-
  • Green beans
  • Potaoes
  • Oil –2tlsp
  • Jeera-1tsp
  • Salte to taste
Methods
  1. In a hot kadai pour some oil, season it wih jeera & crushed pepper and sauté onion,ginger garlic paste ,tomatoes,carrot,celery,zucchini,green peas,green bean,potatoes.
  2. When it is half cooked, add the vege broth or cubes & water
  3. Boil until the vege are completely cooked.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Optional ,puree the soup in blender when warm.
  6. Serve hot with cracker.
