| Ingredients |
- Chicken-1 Pound
- Garlic-Ginger paste-1 tsp
- Onions-1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves-1/4 cup (chopped)
- Mint leaves-1 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt-1 tsp
- Gram Flour-1 cup
- Maida-2 tbsp
- Rice Flour-2 tsp
- Chilli Powder-2 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1 pinch
- Garam Masala-1 tsp
- Oil for deep fry

| Methods |
- Clean and cut the chicken then boil in water till tender.
- Strain well and set aside for about to cool.
- Mix all the items in bowl with little amount if water.
- Heat a kadai with oil and deep fry the mixture till crisp.
- Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
