Ingredients
  • Stuffing

  • Potato - 1 big (Mashed)
  • Red Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Garam Masala - 1 sp
  • Garlic - 1/2 tsp (minced)
  • Coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • Vegetables - Carrots (grated),Green peas(boiled),Green beans (finely chopped),Radish (grated) any vegetables as you wish..
  • Salt - to taste
  • chilli powder - 1/2 sp
  • oil
  • To Prepare Chapathi

  • 1 Cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tsp Ghee (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Hot Water
Methods
  1. To prepare Chapathi

  3. Mix the Flour and add 1 tsp of ghee or vegetable oil (opt) and add salt mix it well.
  4. Add hot water and prepare dough of mixture.
  5. Knead the dough. Do not make it so hard.
  6. Leave it for an hour.
  7. Make the balls from the dough bigger than the puris, keep it aside.
  8. To prepare Stuffing

  10. Heat the oil in the kadai and add minced garlic and add chopped onions.fry well
  11. Then add Garam Masala and chilli powder.fry well.
  12. Add all the vegetables and mix it well .fry well till everything is finely cooked and add salt to it.
  13. And finally add mashed potato and mix it well .
  14. Add corinder leaves to it.
  15. To stuff inside chapathi

  17. Take lemon size chapati dough and make balls.
  18. Just roll a little bit and keep a tablespoon of filling inside.
  19. Close and seal well.
  20. And sprinkle madia flour and roll it.
  21. Heat a tawa and fry both sides using oil.
  22. Serve hot with vegetable kurma ,onion Raita or chicken Gravy.

  25. With the same preparation u can prepare stuffed chicken chapathi, instead of vegetables.
  26. Just cook the ground chicken or ground meat and add to the mixture.
