Ingredients
  • Chicken-1 Pound
  • Garlic-Ginger paste-1 tsp
  • Onions-1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves-1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Mint leaves-1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Gram Flour-1 cup
  • Maida-2 tbsp
  • Rice Flour-2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder-2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 pinch
  • Garam Masala-1 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
Methods
  1. Clean and cut the chicken then boil in water till tender.
  2. Strain well and set aside for about to cool.
  3. Mix all the items in bowl with little amount if water.
  4. Heat a kadai with oil and deep fry the mixture till crisp.
  5. Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
